Stainless steel filter screen and rod
Did the filter of your French press brake or have you used it for a really long time? Then it’s time for a new filter screen. This replacement French press filter screen and rod fits any of our 1000 ml / 34 fl. oz. French press coffee makers such as the MADRID, LISBON and ATHENS. Simply screw the rod onto the stainless steel filter mechanism and place it back into the press. If the filter mechanism comes apart, place the filter between each metal piece before screwing into the rod.
The replacement filter and rod are made of high-quality stainless steel. This means they will never rust or impart a metallic flavour into your drink. To clean the filter, simply rinse it under hot water and use a soft sponge with a bit of detergent.
Universal design fits all major brands of 34 oz / 1-litre presses
This design is universal, meaning it should fit all major brands of French presses. The only consideration is that this filter is designed for most common french presses with a flat lid. if you have a very tall or domed lid design the screen won't go down as deep as in flat lid presses. However, it will still work well and give you a good cup of coffee.
